Tracking Your Item
Tracking is one of the easiest ways to find out where your item is and when it will be delivered. If you've been provided a tracking number you can check where your parcel is at any stage of its journey. Simply enter the tracking number supplied by the seller and select the courier or freight company it's being sent with.

Sometimes things don't go the way they were planned. If your item has been damaged or hasn't arrived, first contact the seller to find out what happened. If you don't receive your item or if the item is different from what was described in the listing, there are a number of steps you can take to sort it out.
